📋 Description

• Raise and track purchase orders through to delivery • Chase suppliers on order confirmations and delivery dates • Maintain supplier records, pricing and lead time data • Support demand and stock planning with clean reporting • Resolve delivery shortages and invoice queries with suppliers • Keep supply chain documentation organised and traceable • Support the supply chain team at a UK business

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in purchasing, supply chain or order administration • Confident in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting • Comfortable chasing suppliers by email and phone • Strong attention to detail on quantities, prices and dates • Organised approach to a high volume of open orders • Exposure to an ERP such as SAP, NetSuite or Sage • Understanding of lead times and reorder points • Experience with import or freight documentation
