📋 Description

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing through to offer stage. • Source high-quality candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, referrals and proactive headhunting techniques. • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. • Screen CVs against role requirements and organisational culture. • Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments. • Present well-qualified candidate shortlists with recommendations to hiring managers. • Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand recruitment requirements. • Provide consultative advice on recruitment strategies, sourcing approaches and market insights. • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders throughout the hiring process. • Manage candidate pipelines using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). • Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth recruitment process for both candidates and hiring managers. • Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate documentation. • Utilise proactive sourcing and headhunting techniques to engage passive candidates. • Build long-term talent networks within specialist markets. • Promote a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience recruiting within the healthcare industry. • Strong sourcing and headhunting experience across multiple recruitment channels. • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes. • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Greenhouse or a similar platform. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple vacancies. • Comfortable working UK business hours, with flexibility when required to engage candidates.
