📋 Description

• Speak to UK prospects by phone every day • Introduce the company’s products and understand buyer needs • Close smaller deals independently or book conversations for a senior colleague • Make outbound calls to prospects from a provided list of UK businesses • Qualify interest, budget and timing • Book qualified appointments into the sales team’s diaries • Close straightforward sales and process paperwork accurately • Update the CRM after every call, including outcomes and next steps • Hit weekly call and conversion targets agreed with the manager

🎯 Requirements

• One or more years in telesales, outbound calling or a similar phone-based sales role • A clear, confident telephone manner and neutral accent • Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive • Resilience with rejection and the discipline to keep dialling • A quiet home workspace, reliable fibre or LTE, and backup power • Familiarity with UK business culture is helpful but not essential • Must work 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST)
