📋 Description

• Schedule training sessions and manage trainer and room bookings • Administer the learning management system and enrol learners • Chase outstanding and expiring training completions • Maintain accurate training records and certificates • Produce completion and compliance reports for managers • Gather feedback and help improve course content • Run the training calendar end to end • Work 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST) from home

🎯 Requirements

• Two or more years in training, L&D or HR coordination • Experience administering an LMS such as Moodle, Docebo or TalentLMS • Strong organisation across multiple concurrent sessions • Clear written English for learner and manager communication • Reliable home internet and a quiet space for UK-hours work • Exposure to mandatory or regulatory compliance training • Experience with e-learning content tools • Familiarity with apprenticeship or funded training administration
