• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships • Conduct regular client calls and updates, presenting campaign performance clearly and professionally • Oversee account performance and hold PPC engineers accountable for delivery and results • Monitor campaigns and reports to ensure client expectations and KPIs are being met • Identify opportunities for account growth and upsell potential • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and consistent delivery • Track client satisfaction and retention metrics, proactively addressing issues • Manage a portfolio of approximately 30 PPC accounts and support client retention (no hands-on optimization responsibility)

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in client-facing roles within PPC or digital marketing environments • Polished written and verbal communication skills with a neutral/US-friendly English accent • Solid understanding of PPC concepts to manage, review, and hold engineers accountable • Strong organization, follow-through, and time management skills • Ability to manage multiple accounts (~30) simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail • Experience in reporting, client presentations, and performance reviews • Comfortable working in a fully remote environment • Nice-to-haves: Exposure to multiple PPC verticals (lead gen, home services, B2B) • Nice-to-haves: Familiarity with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
