📋 Description
• Audit Google Ads accounts and client websites to identify policy violations or compliance issues. • Prepare and submit detailed, accurate appeals to Google for account reinstatement. • Communicate empathetically and professionally with business owners and marketing managers. • Manage multiple client cases simultaneously, prioritizing based on urgency and impact. • Collaborate with internal specialists to continuously improve strategies and processes. • Maintain detailed documentation of all client interactions and appeal progress. • Stay current with Google Ads policies, trends, and best practices.
🎯 Requirements
• **2+ years of experience with Google Ads** (required): ability to navigate accounts and understand platform structure. • **Strong attention to detail, **precision and accuracy are crucial for successful appeals. • **Excellent communication skills** in English, both written and verbal. • **Empathy and professionalism** when dealing with clients under stress. • **Analytical mindset** with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. • **Comfortable working remotely**, managing multiple priorities, and meeting deadlines. • Previous experience in **Google Ads policy compliance or account reinstatement** is a strong plus.
