📋 Description

• Lead paid social strategy and campaign execution across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging platforms • Own campaign builds, launches, QA, ongoing optimization, and budget pacing from start to finish • Implement data-driven optimizations across creative, audiences, structure, and bidding, documenting rationale • Serve as a primary client contact by running performance calls, delivering recaps, and communicating wins, risks, and recommendations • Write performance recaps and updates that translate data into business-relevant narratives • Collaborate with creative, analytics, and internal leads to deliver integrated growth programs • Maintain clean account execution, timely launches, accurate structures, and accurate budget pacing • Identify strategic opportunities and risks proactively

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of hands-on paid social experience, senior enough to operate with full independence • Expert-level Meta and TikTok platform fluency; YouTube and Pinterest a plus • Strong analytical instincts and ability to read performance, form hypotheses, take action, and document learnings • Detail-oriented with a track record of error-free execution across complex account structures and larger budgets • Proactive and autonomous; able to surface issues and bring solutions • Experience with measurement & attribution frameworks across the funnel, including brand lift, sales lift, search lift, and e-commerce, a plus • Resumes must be submitted in English
