📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next implementations and migrations. • Serve as the primary client contact, build relationships, manage expectations, and ensure successful delivery. • Advise clients on Marketing Cloud Next best practices and recommend business-aligned solutions. • Guide audience segmentation, campaign management, marketing automation, and customer journey discussions. • Develop and execute project plans, managing milestones, timelines, and deliverables across 10–20 concurrent projects. • Review statements of work and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and out-of-scope requests. • Lead discovery sessions to understand business requirements, marketing processes, data needs, and automation goals. • Translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories for Salesforce Administrators and technical teams. • Guide functional implementations and perform hands-on configuration, including audience segmentation, campaign setup, marketing automation, and customer journey workflows. • Apply Salesforce Data 360 knowledge to customer data management, audience segmentation, data activation, and integration planning. • Collaborate with technical resources to validate solutions and address implementation challenges. • Coordinate migrations from Salesforce Marketing Cloud products and third-party platforms, including discovery, data preparation, configuration, testing, and client readiness. • Coordinate user acceptance testing, client training, and go-live activities. • Ensure clients are prepared to use their new marketing automation environments successfully.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dedicated project management role, with a focus on Salesforce implementations. • Direct, hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next. • Strong functional understanding of Marketing Cloud Next, including audience segmentation, campaign management, marketing automation, and customer journeys. • Working knowledge of Salesforce Data 360, including customer data management, audience segmentation, and data activation. • Experience leading marketing automation implementations and migrations involving Salesforce Marketing Cloud products or third-party platforms. • Ability to lead functional solution design discussions and perform hands-on Marketing Cloud Next configuration when needed. • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent Salesforce implementations in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. • Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and how Marketing Cloud Next integrates with Salesforce CRM and related technologies. • Candidates must be based and residing in a LATAM country. • Resumes must be submitted in English.

• Full-Time Position, Monday–Friday, from 9:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Time • 100% remote for candidates based in LATAM • Independent Contractor • PTO Included: 10 days yearly • Salary: Starting at $5,500, negotiable depending on experience
