📋 Description

• Resolve website issues, bugs, and support requests • Troubleshoot hosting, DNS, and server-related problems • Manage website migrations with minimal downtime • Maintain website stability, security, and functionality • Build and customize website functionality based on project requirements • Develop and modify WordPress themes and plugins • Create clean, maintainable, and well-documented code • Troubleshoot and resolve compatibility issues between plugins and custom code • Build and maintain API integrations • Configure CRM, email marketing, and third-party platform connections • Ensure accurate data synchronization across systems • Troubleshoot integration failures and performance issues • Improve page speed and Core Web Vitals performance • Implement caching strategies, image optimization, and CDN configurations • Monitor and optimize website performance across devices and browsers

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years of professional web development experience • Strong WordPress development experience • Strong PHP skills (required) • Experience with: • - HTML5 • - CSS3 • - JavaScript • - WordPress theme customization • - Plugin customization • - API integrations • Experience managing: • - cPanel • - DNS records • - Linux hosting environments • - Website migrations • Experience working within a digital marketing or web development agency • Experience using AI tools in professional workflows within the last 2 years • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities • Professional English communication skills • Nice to Have • Full-stack development experience • Custom plugin development experience • Experience with SiteGround and WP Engine • Experience with CRM integrations • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking • Experience optimizing websites for Core Web Vitals
