📋 Description

• Evaluate digital assets, including websites, applications, and documents, for compliance with accessibility standards such as WCAG. • Conduct accessibility audits, usability testing, and assistive technology evaluations. • Review design files (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and images to identify accessibility issues before development. • Work closely with Product Managers and Product Owners to shape accessibility requirements early in the development process. • Provide recommendations and work with developers, designers, and content creators to improve accessibility. • Stay up to date with evolving accessibility guidelines, legislation, and industry trends. • Train and educate teams on accessibility best practices and compliance requirements. • Document findings and create reports to track progress and compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• At least three years of experience in accessibility evaluation, recommendations, and training. • Strong understanding of accessibility laws, guidelines, and frameworks (WCAG, etc.). • Experience with assistive technologies (screen readers, magnifiers, speech recognition, etc.). • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. • Experience working with diverse teams to implement accessibility improvements. • Solid grasp of HTML and CSS, with the ability to identify issues and offer informed recommendations. • Familiarity with ARIA attributes to provide informed recommendations based on best practices, browser support, and screen reader compatibility.
