📋 Description

• Lead a high-performing product team, collaborating with design and engineering, to develop and champion a product strategy and long-term vision for expanding the breadth of applications Render supports, including AI apps and agents. • Champion the needs of developers across Render, partnering with other product and engineering leaders to define strategic bets across the entire platform. • Stay up-to-date with innovations in software development and bring them into your team’s work. • Be a steward of the core platform, helping the team think through how to solve for developers’ needs while maintaining the longevity and flexibility of Render’s platform. • Grow and develop as a leader on a talented, engaged, and passionate product, design, and engineering team.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a Product Management role, with most of that time working on developer tools or similar technical products at a product-led growth company. • An ability to inspire and champion big ideas that have a massive impact on the business and our customers. • A love of high-quality, well-crafted user experiences and strong intuition for developer tools. • Experience directly managing and growing PMs. • Strong, successful track record of managing products with deep technical and business complexity. • An ability to proactively anticipate challenges and the downstream effects of decisions, and take appropriate action to address. • A knack for balancing user insights and data with creativity and intuition to identify novel but simple solutions to problems. • Exceptional communication skills across writing and conversation.
