📋 Description
• Instruct Altium customers using Altium training content • Maintain knowledge of all training Content provided to customers • Develop training content including scripts, video storyboards, project examples and independently create technical video series • Collaborate with internal departments for new product features and development • Provide mentorship for internal and external trainers • Capture training course videos and audio recordings from existing training course materials • Provide course material updates and maintain existing written training materials • Work with limited supervision in the development of course materials
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years previous experience as a Technical trainer both face to face and live web based training • Preferred minimum of 5 years of industry experience • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Preferred experience with Altium products • Preferred experience with Audacity and OBS • Preferred CID certification • Fluent in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Must be able to develop training content including scripts, video storyboards, project examples and independently create technical video series • Ability to train customers with a high level of professionalism while demonstrating tool proficiency
