📋 Description

• Work closely with Sales Engineers and FAEs across Turkey and Eastern Europe to support key customers in Renesas Analog & Power product portfolio • Serve as the bridge between customers and internal business divisions • Win new business through proactive design and development support • Drive and manage technology proposal and evaluation stages • Act as key technical advisor for customers' applications • Build customer relationships in cooperation with Sales • Promote analog, power, interface, power management, sensor, digital, and connectivity solutions • Provide technical expertise to develop Renesas revenues with Sales and Distribution Network • Drive and support projects from demand creation to mass production • Demonstrate products and support system-level design and in-depth technical needs • Identify new sockets and achieve Design Win targets • Create, organize, update, and track opportunities and designs • Understand customer products, markets, supply, and business requirements and communicate them internally • Monitor customer competition and develop counter-strategies • Travel within the assigned territory to customers and distributors • Take ownership of business opportunities and drive them forward

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role preferred • Degree in Electrical Engineering • Experience in Analog and Power Management applications • Track record of building customer relationships • Basic knowledge of MCU/MPU systems useful but not mandatory • Strong problem-solving capability • Strategic and commercial thinking for efficient design planning • Ability to identify key projects and recommend possible solutions • Ability to work independently • Strong analytical skills • Self-motivation • Excellent interpersonal skills • Very good command of English • Mobility and willingness to travel within the assigned territory • Technical skills and knowledge of customer development processes and product lifecycle from development to mass production
