• Maintain and monitor the license inventory, including documenting license agreements and terms • Ensure that all deployed software and system licenses comply with legal and contractual requirements • Analyze licensing needs in collaboration with the business units and the IT department to ensure both efficiency and cost-effectiveness • Negotiate and conclude license agreements within the defined framework and in close coordination with Legal and Procurement • Identify potential savings and implement measures to reduce license costs in coordination with the business units • Provide internal advice and training to employees on licensing topics
• Qualification: You have successfully completed training as an IT business administrator, IT systems specialist, or a comparable qualification • Experience: You have several years of experience in a similar role. You are familiar with license management software and IT infrastructures and have experience with software audits from major vendors • Professional expertise: You possess extensive knowledge in license law, IT management, and contract administration • Language skills: You have very good German and English skills, both written and spoken • Analytical skills: You are able to analyze and optimize complex license structures and to maintain an overview of a large number of licenses and contracts • Interpersonal skills: You demonstrate negotiation skills and clear communication with internal and external stakeholders. Teamwork and a willingness to support other departments complete your profile
