📋 Description

• Responsible for the operational oversight and end-of-life execution of North American community relations initiatives and business events. • Manages the implementation of community efforts across North America and facilitates educational initiatives. • Leads the full-scale delivery of key programs, such as the Group Leadership Forum and Top Performer recognition. • Collaborates with communication leads and business units to provide logistical leadership for events. • Establishes best-in-class workflows informed by qualitative and quantitative data. • Drives a winning culture by designing and executing high-impact experiences that celebrate competitive achievements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (hospitality, colleague engagement, marketing, or communications), OR equivalent years of experience. • 3+ years of experience planning and executing large-scale domestic, international, and virtual events. • Proven track record in developing North American community partnership strategies, including non-profit collaboration and volunteer mobilization. • Expertise in managing program budgets, site selection, and contract negotiations in partnership with Legal and Procurement. • Proficient in implementing meeting management software, mobile event apps, and travel platforms. • Experience managing social media efforts and educational websites.
