📋 Description

• Installing, qualifying, maintaining, and servicing Repligen products across both product lines • Conducting Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) • Delivering customer training on system operation, software, and accessories • Providing remote and on-site technical support to customers and internal teams • Documenting service activities, resolutions, and technical updates in CRM and service platforms • Collaborating with global FSE teams and Field Service Manager to share knowledge and coordinate service efforts • Ensuring compliance with GMP and other regulatory standards during service activities • Reviewing and contributing to service documentation, SOPs, and work instructions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechanics, Engineering, Laboratory Science, or related field • Minimum 5+ years of experience in field service for scientific instruments or bioprocess equipment • Experience of working in Cleanrooms is preferred • Strong analytical, mechanical and electronic aptitude • GMP or GLP experience preferred • Ability to draft and execute SOPs and technical documentation • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French • Willingness to travel across Europe.
