📋 Description

• Concept and animate video ads and UGC creatives for paid social • Bring your own concepts and hooks to the table • Explore a range of creative styles • Produce a steady stream of new creative and variations • Work with producers and UAMs • Create and maintain an appealing, consistent Replika presence across social media

🎯 Requirements

• A strong motion design portfolio • Hands-on mastery of After Effects, Figma, and the rest of the Adobe Creative Suite • Good taste and a strong eye for composition, colour, and easing • A feel for ad structure — hook, emotion, CTA • Excellent communication skills in English (C1 or higher preferred) • You actively use AI models across your work • Comfort with vibe-coding is a bonus • A solid understanding of the different AI models out there
