📋 Description

• Provide first- and second-level support for high-complexity, mission-critical systems; • Investigate incidents by analyzing logs, system behavior and operational data; • Identify root causes and assist in problem remediation; • Monitor tickets, incidents and operational requests; • Provide technical and operational guidance to users; • Work together with technical and development teams to resolve issues; • Support continuous improvement of processes and systems; • Develop functional and technical knowledge of the supported systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced English • Knowledge of Java • Knowledge of SQL and database querying • Analytical thinking and logical reasoning • Investigative profile for troubleshooting and root cause analysis • Quick learner of new technologies and business rules • Good communication and customer-relations skills • Organized and capable of technical documentation • Currently pursuing a degree in a Technology-related field • Nice to have: • Experience with Level 2/Level 3 systems support • Experience with production support/AMS • Experience with Java development • Knowledge of log analysis and troubleshooting • Experience with Jira, ServiceNow or similar tools • Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix • Knowledge of APIs and integrations • Intermediate/advanced Spanish
