📋 Description

• Execute the full SAP data conversion lifecycle, from extraction planning and mapping to loading, validation, reconciliation and troubleshooting • Perform master and transactional data loads into SAP using SAP Migration Cockpit, LTMC, ETL, SQL, Microsoft Excel, Power Query, Inquire and other approved tools • Coordinate the design, testing, documentation and repeatable execution of migration objects, templates and load procedures • Monitor progress, risks, defects, dependencies and readiness of data objects and migration cycles • Contribute to conversion strategy, scope, objects, cycles, loading approach and readiness criteria for cutover • Lead data mapping workshops with functional teams in Finance, Materials Management, Sales & Distribution, Supply Chain and other areas • Document source-to-target mapping, transformation rules, ownership, cleansing, validation and approvals • Coordinate with client IT, ERP and legacy systems on extraction formats, structures, mapping logic and load sequencing • Support pre- and post-load validations, keeping the business as owner of quality, cleansing and formal validation • Coordinate functional consultants, Basis, technical and integration teams, PMO, data owners, client IT and legacy stakeholders • Provide status reporting, risk and issue escalation, dependency management, mitigation and readiness updates • Align data ownership, validation responsibilities, approval criteria, sign-offs and cutover decisions • Execute loads during cutover, coordinate final validations and resolve data issues during deployment • Confirm completion of master data migration, open transactional items, balances and other in-scope objects • Support final reconciliation and formal business approval prior to go-live • Transfer mapping, procedures and load knowledge to client IT and Reply teams • Support post-go-live stabilization, defect triage and additional knowledge transfers

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced or fluent English is mandatory • Experience/knowledge in SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud data conversion and migration • Knowledge of SAP Migration Cockpit and LTMC • Knowledge of ETL, SQL, Microsoft Excel, Power Query and Inquire • Ability to work with master and transactional data • Knowledge of source-to-target mapping and transformation rules • Ability to run mapping workshops with functional areas • Strong analytical skills and logical reasoning • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision • Effective communication in multicultural environments • Comfortable collaborating with distributed, multidisciplinary teams • Attention to detail and commitment to quality, documentation, timelines and technical governance
