📋 Description

• Work with clients during the analysis phase • Analyze, design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions • Work on highly complex projects for the insurance sector • Operate in a dynamic environment with systems undergoing migration • Collaborate with the team to ensure project integration and continuous delivery within deadlines • Participate in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning and reviews • Align project objectives with business goals • Identify and resolve technical and operational issues • Ensure application stability and performance • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development and deployment processes • Use code assistants to accelerate feature development • Create prompts for code generation, refactoring, and documentation • Critically validate AI-generated suggestions before approval

🎯 Requirements

• At least 8 years of proven experience in IT • At least 3 years of experience with DevOps automation, including CI and CD • Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools • Advanced knowledge of C# (.NET Framework and .NET Core), ASP.NET, PL/SQL, Web Services and APIs, Azure Service Bus, APIM, and SQL and Oracle databases • Practical experience with Scrum and Kanban • Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry • Experience with cloud technologies, preferably Azure • Proficiency in Prompt Engineering applied to software development • Knowledge of few-shot prompting and chain-of-thought prompting for code • Understanding of data security and privacy when using public or private AI systems • Experience with the “Whole Life” insurance product • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field—preferred • Relevant DevOps or other IT certifications—a plus • Excellent communication, teamwork, proactivity, and time-management skills
