📋 Description

• Analyze, design, develop and implement high-quality software solutions. • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure continuous integration and delivery of projects within established deadlines. • Participate in agile ceremonies (planning, review, etc.), ensuring alignment between project objectives and business goals. • Identify and resolve technical and operational issues, ensuring application stability and strong performance. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development and deployment processes. • Use code assistants to accelerate feature development. • Create effective prompts for code generation, refactoring and documentation. • Critically validate AI suggestions before acceptance.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: minimum of 8 years of proven experience in IT. • DevOps/Automation: at least 3 years of experience with DevOps automation, including CI and CD. • Tooling: experience with Azure DevOps, Jira or similar tools. • Languages and technologies: advanced knowledge and experience in: C# (.NET Framework and .NET Core), ASP.NET, PL/SQL, Web Services and APIs, Service Bus, Azure, APIM, Oracle Database. • Agile methodologies: hands-on experience with Scrum and Kanban. • Insurance/financial sector: prior experience in insurance or financial institutions. • Cloud: experience with cloud technologies (preferably Azure).
