• Respond to qualified leads provided by the marketing team • Conduct online meetings to diagnose needs and present solutions • Understand the lead’s current business situation • Present clear commercial proposals • Negotiate commercial terms • Perform structured follow-ups • Update the CRM daily • Monitor your own performance indicators • Participate in weekly meetings to align goals • Support the handover of closed clients to the Success/Operations team • Suggest improvements to scripts and approaches
