📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs. • Translate complex environmental data and project scopes into compelling narratives. • Partner with the Sales team to gather technical specs, safety records, and pricing data. • Act as the final line of defense to ensure every proposal is 100% compliant with client instructions. • Own the proposal calendar, establish milestones, track progress, and ensure timely submissions. • Conduct deep dives into potential clients, regulatory shifts, and competitor trends to tailor messaging.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years of bid & proposal experience with thorough knowledge of complex regulations specific to the environmental hazardous waste industry, remediation or emergency response principles and best practices including analysis and evaluation and research methods and strategies. • Knowledge and understanding of RCRA, TSCA, and applicable state regulations. • Knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint applications is essential.
