📋 Description

• Responsible for monitoring all tasks and initiatives necessary to accomplish the organization’s payroll processing objectives. • Accountable for the supervision of the payroll staff and functions to maintain data integrity. • Ensures timely preparation and processing of payroll. • Manages the payroll processing for disaster relief operations according to documented procedures. • Supports the development of sustainable training programs for supervisors, managers and employees. • Leads and organizes process improvement projects to advance the payroll functions.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of payroll experience.
