• 1st-level support for users working with PREEvision • Support for review and approval processes (Review & Vote) • Recording, analyzing and handling support requests (tickets) • Assisting users with the operation of PREEvision • Review statuses, workflows and approvals • Reports, analyses and exports • Plausibility checks of models and results from the user’s perspective • Documenting common issues (FAQs, quick guides) • Close collaboration with methodology and engineering roles • Escalation of technically complex issues to experts
• Completed vocational training or degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Systems Engineering or equivalent) • Initial practical experience in technical support, engineering support or tool support • Basic understanding of PREEvision (application level; no development required) • Understanding of structured processes and workflows • Service-oriented, structured working style • Very good German skills, good English skills • Advantageous: experience in the automotive sector • Experience with review or approval processes • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow) • Initial exposure to model-based development
