📋 Description

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to advance priority payer initiatives • Drive execution of key internal and external workstreams from planning through delivery • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal leaders, external partners, and customers • Support implementation efforts with customers and help guide activation planning • Support strategic planning efforts across the U.S. payer team • Organize and facilitate workshops, planning sessions, and working meetings • Partner with payer sales leadership on external efforts, stakeholder engagement, and coordination • Track milestones, manage dependencies, and surface risks, issues, and decisions • Use AI tools thoughtfully to improve productivity, organization, and execution quality

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in program management, project management, implementation planning, or a related strategic operations role • Proven ability to organize complex work, manage competing priorities, and keep teams aligned • Strong communication skills, including the ability to work confidently with senior leaders and external partners • Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to self-start by identifying next steps to advance key objectives • Ability to plan and facilitate workshops, working sessions, and planning discussions • Demonstrated professionalism, sound judgment, and follow-through • Comfort using AI tools to improve efficiency, draft content, summarize information, or support planning
