📋 Description

• Partner with Deal Leads to ensure that diligence outputs support integration readiness • Adapt integration playbooks and accelerators to each specific M&A deal • Collaborate with functional workstream leads to confirm integration activities and interdependencies • Gather inputs and build the integration budget • Engage workstream leads continuously to remain aligned on their integration scope, deliverables, and timelines • Guide workstream leads through integration playbooks, tools, and accelerators • Proactively address resource capacity and conflicts • Identify and resolve risks, issues, and decisions timely • Maintain current project statuses and prepare impactful reports for leadership • Build and maintain effective integration playbooks and supporting tools

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing complex cross-functional projects in global business environments • Proven track record of successful project delivery and critical metric achievement • Strong knowledge of M&A processes and practices • Experience with operating models and/or business transformations • Expertise building and running Smartsheet project environments • Able to communicate efficiently and effectively across all functions and levels • Highly adaptable to change, naturally collaborative, and intellectually curious
