📋 Description

• Manage customer orders and project requests from submission through delivery • Communicate with customers via email and provide timely status updates • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to complete projects successfully • Track multiple customer projects while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail • Investigate issues, gather information, and help identify solutions for customers • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer requests • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and operational efficiency • Handle every customer interaction professionally with a focus on customer satisfaction • Work Tuesday to Saturday, 1:00 AM to 10:00 AM CET • Work Sunday, Monday, and public holidays, 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM CET • Support a European operation and remain flexible as scheduling requirements evolve

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously • Exceptional attention to detail • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving • Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment • Ability to work independently and take ownership of issues • Experience in customer support, project coordination, account management, or similar roles • Knowledge of satellite imagery, earth observation, GIS, remote sensing, mapping technologies, or related fields • Must be based in the Philippines • Windows 11 PC (Mac not supported) • 16 GB RAM • Dual monitors • Webcam and USB headset • i5 processor or higher • Fibre internet with a wired connection (Ethernet cable) • Backup power solution • Microsoft Teams / Office 365 • Must complete all stages of the hiring process • All resumes must be submitted in English
