📋 Description

• Spearhead the Inflation Reduction Act Program field delivery. • Build and lead a skilled field service team for delivering in-home energy audits. • Conduct comprehensive in-home energy audits. • Manage a team of technicians proficient in BPI standards. • Review QA/QC findings to ensure program integrity. • Collaborate with partners for effective solution implementation. • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance program solutions. • Supervise and coach field technicians for high-quality service. • Review and QC field technicians audits. • Assist in recruiting and training BPI-certified Energy Auditors. • Conduct onsite inspections and create inspection reports. • Implement energy audit protocols and QA/QC requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen. • Must reside in a metropolitan areas of Ohio. • 2+ years experience in energy efficiency, utility programs, quality assurance role or in consulting, HVAC, or facility maintenance • Experience leading teams. • BPI Certified, or willing to obtain within 30 days of acceptance • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of building science, construction, energy-using systems, lighting, and audit technologies. • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. • Maintain current auto insurance coverage that meets state requirements. • Access to a personal vehicle for work-related travel; ability to travel 25-75% (limited overnight travel). • Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment. • People Management skills. • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. • Strong business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information. • Proficiency with SnuggPro, Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools. • Customer service-oriented mindset. • Ability to apply detailed knowledge of organizational procedures to make independent decisions and serve as a credible resource for senior management. • Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment.
