📋 Description
• Verify medical insurance coverage for dental implants, CT/CBCT scans, and mandibular advancement devices • Contact insurance companies to confirm benefits, coverage, and authorization requirements • Assist with medical billing codes (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS) and insurance claims • Work closely with the dental billing team • Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant records
🎯 Requirements
• Experience with US medical insurance billing and insurance verification • Knowledge of medical billing codes (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS) and claims processing • Experience with dental-to-medical billing (Strongly Preferred) • Familiarity with Dentrix (Preferred) • Good English communication skills (spoken and written) • Detail-oriented and reliable • Available to work EST hours
