📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain production-grade React and TypeScript applications • Develop and own substantial Node.js/TypeScript backend services and APIs • Contribute to architecture and technical design decisions • Build, deploy, and operate applications within AWS • Ensure reliability, scalability, performance, and maintainability • Design and work with PostgreSQL databases, including schemas, queries, migrations, data modeling, and performance optimization • Collaborate with engineering leadership and team members on architecture, implementation, code quality, and production outcomes • Troubleshoot production issues and improve existing systems • Contribute to engineering standards and long-term technical decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience • Strong track record of owning and delivering production systems • Stable employment history • Strong, recent, hands-on React and TypeScript experience building production frontend applications • Significant, recent Node.js and TypeScript backend experience • Ownership of production APIs or services • Hands-on production experience with AWS and PostgreSQL • AWS Fargate/ECS, containers, S3, and CloudFront experience highly preferred • Russian-speaking proficiency required • Strong English communication skills for discussing technical decisions, architecture, responsibilities, and production outcomes • Fintech, payments, regulated systems, or SOC 1/SOC 2 experience is a strong plus
