• Lead design efforts on small to medium-sized projects, creating visual design, interaction design, and high-fidelity prototypes to enhance the user journey. • Shape the user experience for restaurant professionals on Restaurant365’s SaaS platform, ensuring products look great and solve real-world problems. • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to bring designs to life and align with product goals and business objectives. • Present work in design reviews, incorporate feedback, and iterate to improve designs with an emphasis on user needs. • Utilize user research, feedback, and data analysis to create user-centered solutions and solve real pain points. • Maintain and contribute to Restaurant365’s design system to ensure cohesive user experiences across platform components. • Other duties as assigned.
• 3+ years of professional experience in product design, UX/UI, or a related field, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates problem-solving and user-focused design skills. • A keen interest in creating intuitive, user-friendly designs that tackle complex problems. • Strong expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite, and ability to produce high-quality wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and value contributions of product managers, engineers, and fellow designers. • A deep understanding of the importance of user research and usability testing, with the ability to iterate based on feedback and data. • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and shifting priorities. • (Preferred) Prior experience designing for SaaS platforms or B2B products, especially in the restaurant or hospitality industries. • (Preferred) In-depth understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices. • (Preferred) Experience contributing to or maintaining design systems. • (Preferred) Ability to distill complex user needs and business goals into clean, functional, and aesthetically pleasing design solutions.
