• Manage live field execution of technology projects after initial dispatch through completion. • Support technicians and contractors with troubleshooting and issue resolution. • Coordinate warranty work, MAC requests, cable installations, and other project-related services. • Monitor project progress, documentation, and ticket completion. • Schedule and coordinate service activities with customers and field personnel. • Ensure work aligns with customer agreements and company standards. • Arrange return visits, parts orders, and escalation of issues as needed. • Provide technical support for POS systems, cameras, networking equipment, printers, payment processing systems, and related technologies.
• 5+ years of field technician experience in POS, retail technology, or related technical support environments. • Experience coordinating or dispatching field technicians and contractors. • Strong troubleshooting skills across POS systems, cameras, printers, networking, and computer hardware. • Experience with service management, dispatch, or ticketing platforms (NetSuite experience preferred). • Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills. • A+ Certification preferred. • Project management experience is a plus.
