📋 Description

• Use your product knowledge and customer service skills to advise customers and help them find the perfect match. • Be ready to help out wherever needed: at the cash register, checking stock, handling shipping, cleaning, or working on creative visual merchandising. • Share your knowledge of Nike products and support your teammates by keeping them informed. • Train new team members and help prevent theft through proactive customer service. • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.

🎯 Requirements

• You enjoy working in a fast-paced, energetic environment and demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills. • Physical stamina to handle the demands of retail. • Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus. • Flexibility with working hours — weekends and public holidays are part of the schedule. • And of course, a strong passion for and knowledge of the Nike brand.
