âą Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build sourcing strategies âą Source and engage high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, and outbound recruiting efforts âą Manage candidates throughout the interview process and ensure an exceptional candidate experience âą Conduct recruiter screens and assess candidate fit âą Coordinate closely with interviewers and hiring managers to drive efficient hiring decisions âą Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate data within the ATS âą Develop creative approaches to attract top talent in highly competitive markets âą Help improve recruiting processes, interview workflows, and hiring operations
đŻ Requirements
âą 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience âą Experience recruiting for technical, product, AI/ML, or GTM roles âą Highly organized and can manage multiple searches simultaneously âą Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable operating with limited structure âą Strong written and verbal communication skills âą Enjoy building relationships with candidates and hiring managers âą Excited about startups and high-growth environments âą Track record of successfully filling difficult or specialized roles.
