⢠You manage our clients' CRM and email marketing systems and act as the point of contact for all customer retention matters ⢠You contribute to the development of result-oriented strategies to achieve target goals and define appropriate KPIs to monitor progress, including ROAS, CAC, CTR and CPC ⢠Through data analysis you identify untapped growth opportunities aligned with our clients' strategic objectives and communicate these to other departments or client teams ⢠Together with client contacts you design workflows for the continuous development of communication and reactivation measures ⢠You pursue ongoing professional development and research and test new tools, formats and approaches to improve marketing performance ⢠In the medium term, you will develop into a team lead role within Customer Retention
⢠Several years of experience in email marketing and with relevant tools such as Klaviyo, Brevo, HubSpot or similar ⢠Holistic understanding of online marketing and entrepreneurship ⢠Experience working with customer segments ⢠Experience with tracking, statistics and data analysis (e.g. GA4, Looker Studio) ⢠Knowledge of HTML and CSS ⢠Excellent English skills
