📋 Description

• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key client stakeholders and decision-makers • Serve as a strategic advisor—proactively bringing insights, solutions, and innovation aligned to client goals • Own client satisfaction and retention outcomes across assigned accounts • Proactively identify risks, address concerns, and strengthen long-term partnerships • Identify opportunities to enhance services, improve outcomes, and deliver additional value within existing relationships • Partner across operations, QA, sales, and marketing to ensure seamless service delivery

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred • 3+ years of experience with well demonstrated success in sales, business development and client success • Experience in healthcare revenue cycle, collections, or related industries is a plus • Familiarity with HIPAA and compliance requirements preferred • Highly developed business acumen and executive level presentation and communication ability • Ability and willingness to travel as needed (<30%)
