📋 Description
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction • Lead and mentor the tax team • Prepare personal and corporate tax documents • Respond to client tax notices • Create tax projections and scenario modeling • Research federal and state tax issues • Assist clients with government programs
🎯 Requirements
• CPA certification • 8+ years of experience in public accounting • Comfort in client-facing relationships • Detail-oriented and communicative • Experience with cloud-based accounting platforms (preferably Xero) • Familiarity with major tax preparation software • Experience with project management tools
