• Supporting developers daily by debugging issues and guiding them through onboarding • Collaborating closely with Engineering and Product teams • Driving user success by ensuring developers can efficiently launch their apps • Building tooling and processes to make troubleshooting faster • Identifying recurring blockers and implementing targeted improvements
• 2-3 years of experience in an engineering or technical role • Comfortable with either iOS (Swift / Objective-C) or Android (Java / Kotlin) • Grasp of app development and release processes • Ability to debug code with minimal info • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Empathetic towards the developer journey
