• Take full ownership of our Agency Partner Program, evolving it into a thriving, repeatable engine • Ensure regional Agency/Reseller Partners receive the necessary support and guidance • Support several key partnership initiatives including partnerships with low-code and AI-native app builders • Assist in identifying, evaluating and securing essential partnerships for future growth • Help scale our enablement offering for partners • Build scalable workflows for recruiting, managing, and reporting on partners
• 3-5 years of experience, including building and scaling a successful partner program • Can speak the language of engineers and is comfortable navigating APIs, SDKs, and integrations • Experience working with multiple partner types (agencies, tech partners, resellers, affiliates) is preferred • Experience with PartnerStack and Salesforce is also a plus • Comfortable working as part of a fully remote team in an asynchronous environment using a lot of Notion, Slack, and Zoom
