📋 Description
• Own day-to-day sprint delivery for a development team • Run the Jira board day to day: sprint planning, backlog grooming, etc. • Facilitate ceremonies — daily standups, sprint planning, retros, etc. • Author and maintain BRDs and TRDs in Confluence • Prepare sprint reports at the close of each sprint • Write and execute functional test cases for each sprint increment • Log defects in Jira and verify fixes before sign-off
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of overall experience • 2+ years specifically running Scrum as a Scrum Master or Agile delivery lead • Confident, articulate English communicator • Clear, structured communication across channels • Hands-on experience writing BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Some functional testing experience • Comfortable owning your calendar in a fully remote setup • Nice to have CSM or PSM certification • Prior testing or development background in Java, JavaScript, or Python • SQL / data querying familiarity • Experience in AI, analytics, or enterprise SaaS product environments
