📋 Description

• Supporting program planning and execution: Assisting in developing program plans, work breakdown structures, timelines, and resource allocation. • Project management oversight: Monitoring project progress, identifying potential issues, and implementing corrective actions to maintain project deliverables on time and within budget. • Risk management: Identifying and mitigating potential program risks, tracking risk mitigation plans. • Communication and reporting: Regularly communicating program status updates to stakeholders, including senior management, customers, and team members through reports and presentations. • Team leadership: Providing guidance and support to project teams, assigning tasks, and managing team performance. • Cost control: Tracking program expenditures, identifying cost variances, and implementing cost-saving measures. • Quality assurance: Ensuring adherence to quality standards and processes throughout the program and works closely with product assurance and mission assurance teams. • Contract management: Collaborating with contract and procurement teams to manage contracts and ensure compliance. • Stakeholder management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, managing expectations, and addressing concerns.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, or a related field. • 15 years of technical management experience • Strong project management skills with experience in planning, execution, and monitoring • Proven ability to lead and manage teams • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Proficiency in project management tools and software
