• Partner with stakeholders to define project objectives, KPIs, and success metrics. • Conduct deep business and data analysis to identify process inefficiencies and areas for optimization. • Map current-state workflows and design scalable, data-informed future-state processes. • Design and architect robust, scalable solutions that align with business and GTM objectives. • Identify, evaluate, and implement technology and tools that support process and data optimization. • Define and enforce data management best practices, including governance, security, and compliance. • Develop clear, actionable dashboards and visualizations that translate data into insights. • Serve as Delivery Manager, overseeing the end-to-end execution of RevOps projects. • Lead cross-functional teams—including technical PMs, developers, and analysts—to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, proactively mitigating risks and roadblocks. • Communicate status, risks, and performance updates to stakeholders with clarity and consistency. • Mentor team members to strengthen their technical and analytical skillsets. • Stay current with industry trends in RevOps, MarTech, and data architecture, advocating for innovation and best practices. • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational excellence across projects.
• 5+ years of hands-on Revenue Operations experience, or 10+ years combined experience across Sales, Marketing, and/or Customer Success operations. • Proven success designing and implementing cross-functional strategies that accelerate growth and improve GTM efficiency. • Strong technical expertise in data management, analytics, and visualization. • Proficiency in data modeling, ETL processes, and integrations. • Solid understanding of data governance, compliance, and security standards. • Hands-on experience with analytics and BI tools such as Domo, Tableau, Looker, SQL, Python, R, or Java. • Deep familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, Cvent, Zoom, and leading SaaS ecosystem tools (e.g., Drift, Integrate). • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. • Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, work cross-functionally, and deliver results in distributed teams.
