📋 Description

• Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within your territory. • Actively prospect new customers and identify expansion opportunities in existing accounts, demonstrating a strong demand-generation and market-opening profile. • Manage strategic accounts, building long-lasting relationships with researchers, lab managers, KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and decision-makers. • Conduct technical and commercial visits to universities, research centers, hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, pharmaceutical companies and biotechs. • Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, workshops and scientific seminars. • Collaborate with application specialists to support customers in defining the best solutions for their workflows. • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Technical Support, Applications and Services to maximize customer experience and commercial results. • Monitor technological trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities in the Life Sciences market. • Manage the sales funnel, keeping pipeline, forecasts and customer data up to date in the corporate CRM.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biomedicine, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Biomedical Sciences, Genetics, Biomedical Engineering or related Life Sciences fields. • Master's degree or specialization in areas related to Life Sciences. • MBA or postgraduate degree in Commercial Management. • 3–5 years of experience in technical sales within Life Sciences, Scientific Research or Diagnostics segments. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Experience managing strategic accounts and consultative sales of high value. • Experience in prospecting new clients and developing markets, demonstrating a Hunter profile and revenue growth orientation. • Desirable knowledge: Molecular Biology (nucleic acid extraction, PCR and qPCR, NGS – Next Generation Sequencing), Cell Culture, Flow Cytometry, Laboratory Automation, Scientific Instrumentation. • Strong understanding of scientific and laboratory research workflows. • Ability to translate complex scientific concepts into customer value propositions and solutions. • Experience with CRM (Salesforce or similar). • Territory planning and strategic account management. • Pipeline, forecast and commercial KPI management. • Skill in preparing and negotiating commercial proposals.
