📋 Description

• Perform field service as advised by coordinators in conjunction with the Service / Team Leader • Install, maintain and repair current and future Life Science Diagnostics instrument portfolio, initially focusing on Reproductive Health Screening systems • Support the Service Lab and later the wider Life Science Diagnostics portfolio • Provide first-line onsite user training on Diagnostics systems • Organize monthly routine maintenance • Perform service for overseas Revvity offices at overseas customer sites when requested • Ensure documentation, circuit diagrams, Service Data Bulletins and manuals are current and at the correct revision • Maintain ancillary documentation, including Safety and Procedures Manuals, in accordance with the Quality Management System • Align working practices with departmental performance targets and demonstrate compliance with team targets • Maintain service spares and inventory records, reporting and resolving anomalies • Ensure tools and test equipment are adequate and equipment is calibrated as specified • Complete Work Orders and associated documentation within one day of completion • Submit E-Learning, expense claims and vehicle-related forms on time • Act as a professional ambassador for Revvity and provide high standards of customer service

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, HNC or equivalent in Electronic Engineering + Chemistry / Biology to senior school level • Full Driving Licence • Significant years experience in a related Customer Service Environment • Experience in Liquid Handling, High Content Screening or Immunoassay Systems in a clinical environment is advantageous • Broad understanding of Prenatal and Neonatal Screening and Revvity Diagnostics Systems is advantageous • Expert PC user with knowledge of Microsoft OS (XP, 7, 10) • Ability to network PCs • Appreciation of Laboratory Information Systems • Background in Electronics, preferably gained in a high technology service environment • Understanding of analytical and clinical instrument applications • Excellent people management and motivational skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English • Ability to communicate professionally with customers on all levels, providing service information, technical data and general help
