📋 Description

• Provide technical support for customer applications and company products • Fulfill aftersales needs of customers in the assigned territory • Maintain response time and downtime according to SLAs for assigned customers • Install instruments and provide warranty service in the field • Deliver billable service and promote service contracts • Deliver data-driven insights to identify operational excellence opportunities • Perform safe in-field activities in compliance with EHS guidelines and procedures • Carry out repairs, maintenance, and installation of instrumentation and accessories as directed by the Group Leader • Provide on-site installation, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems • Execute scheduled preventive maintenance calls • Demonstrate compliance with team targets • Maintain service spares and inventory records • Submit completed service documentation, service reports, and expense claims daily • Maintain equipment servicing quality standards • Communicate effectively with all relevant levels of customer organizations

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of company and third-party vendor products utilized in the customer's application/systems • Ability to conduct on-site enhancements, maintenance, and support for new and existing systems • Ability to implement product configurations/software upgrades and install network devices, hardware components, and peripherals • Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair technical problems • Ability to perform field service, repairs, maintenance, and installation of instrumentation and accessories • Ability to provide on-site installation, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems • Ability to comply with company environmental Health & Safety (EHS) guidelines and procedures • Ability to maintain service spares and inventory records • Ability to complete service documentation and expense claims • Ability to maintain quality standards and communicate with customer organizations
