📋 Description

• Work with Product and Engineering teams to translate business goals and user needs into high-quality design solutions. • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and polished high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma. • Partner with Engineers to ensure smooth implementation and uphold design quality across releases. • Contribute to user research and usability testing to better understand customer needs. • Analyze feedback and data to iterate on designs and improve the user experience. • Help advocate for user-centered design throughout the product development process. • Support the development and maintenance of our design system to ensure consistency and scalability. • Participate in regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. • Continuously look for ways to streamline workflows and improve how design integrates into our product process.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of product design experience in a SaaS or B2B environment. • Strong portfolio that showcases UX, interaction, and visual design work. • Proficiency with modern design tools including Figma. • A solid understanding of UX principles and design best practices. • Experience collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment. • Curiosity and adaptability — you’re comfortable learning and applying new tools, including AI-powered ones.
