📋 Description

• Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy aligned with company growth objectives. • Plan and manage paid and organic campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta and Google. • Drive candidate attraction and generate quality applications for recruitment requirements. • Generate qualified business leads and identify new marketing channels. • Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, conversion rates and marketing ROI. • Collaborate with recruitment and sourcing teams on targeted candidate campaigns. • Create recruitment content, email campaigns, candidate mailers and talent attraction initiatives. • Own social media strategy, content direction, campaign planning and LinkedIn growth. • Manage content calendars, social campaigns and brand messaging. • Oversee website content, SEO, updates, landing pages and digital optimisation. • Develop and oversee presentations, brochures, promotional materials, newsletters and communications. • Plan and execute integrated campaigns, managing messaging, targeting, budgets and timelines. • Analyse marketing data and prepare performance reports with recommendations. • Explore AI tools, marketing automation and emerging technologies. • Directly manage, guide, coach and develop a Social Media Coordinator. • Collaborate with leadership, recruitment, sourcing and business development teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing, marketing management or a similar role. • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute digital marketing strategies. • Experience managing paid advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta and/or Google. • Strong understanding of digital lead generation, audience targeting and conversion optimisation. • Experience with social media strategy, content marketing and brand development. • Knowledge of email marketing, CRM campaigns and marketing automation. • Working knowledge of SEO, website optimisation and digital analytics. • Strong copywriting, content development and communication skills. • Experience developing marketing collateral and managing brand consistency. • Ability to analyse campaign data, interpret performance and make data-driven decisions. • Experience managing projects, deadlines and multiple marketing priorities. • Previous experience supervising, mentoring or managing a junior team member. • Experience in recruitment, staffing, BPO, outsourcing, talent acquisition, HR/workforce solutions, professional services or other service-based businesses is highly advantageous. • Experience running high-volume recruitment campaigns, building talent communities, attracting niche talent or generating B2B leads is advantageous.
