• Manage incoming referrals, collecting and verifying all necessary client information to initiate intake processes. • Serve as the point of contact for referral sources, maintaining positive and professional relationships. • Communicate effectively with families regarding referral status, intake steps, and required documentation. • Maintain accurate records of referral activity and client intake status within company databases and CRM systems. • Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure timely scheduling and onboarding of new clients. • Identify opportunities to streamline referral and intake processes for improved efficiency. • Provide regular reports on referral trends and intake metrics to management.
• Previous experience in referral coordination, intake management, or healthcare administration preferred. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Proficiency with CRM and administrative software. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment. • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality. • Experience in behavioral health or ABA services is an advantage.
