📋 Description

• Meet with clients to understand their workflows, processes, and CRM requirements. • Document and communicate project requirements to the internal CRM build team. • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations. • Ensure CRM solutions are implemented according to client specifications. • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience with **GoHighLevel (GHL)** and CRM systems. • Strong understanding of CRM workflows, automations, and business processes. • Ability to gather detailed client requirements and document workflows clearly. • Experience translating business needs into technical specifications for implementation teams. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Highly organized with strong project coordination and problem-solving abilities.
